Key Machine Configurations

Crescent Former Technology

The crescent former tissue machine delivers superior sheet formation at high speeds up to 1200 m/min, producing grades from 13 to 45 gsm. Ideal for premium facial tissue and toilet paper with excellent softness properties.

Cylinder Mould Configuration

Available in both positive and inverse pulp cylinder mould designs, this configuration is well-suited for medium-speed tissue production. The multi-cylinder arrangement provides excellent bulk, absorbency, and formation uniformity.

Machine Specifications

Leizhan tissue paper machines are available with paper widths from 2200mm to 5600mm, covering a full range of tissue grades. Systems include complete DCS automation, high-efficiency yankee dryer, and integrated dust removal.
