Advanced Stock Preparation for Recycled Fiber
Corrugated paper production relies heavily on OCC (Old Corrugated Containers) as raw material. Leizhan stock preparation systems feature high-efficiency drum pulpers, multi-stage screening with reject separators, and double disc refiners that maximize fiber yield while maintaining strength properties. Fiber recovery rates exceed 95%.
Paper Machine Configurations
Our corrugated paper machines range from 2800mm to 4200mm trim width, with production speeds optimized for each capacity range. Multi-cylinder dryer sections with enclosed hoods maximize energy efficiency. Machines produce fluting medium (90-200 gsm) and testliner (100-250 gsm) grades.
