The crescent former tissue paper machine can maintain uniform fiber distribution at high speed through a unique arc dehydration path (vacuum dehydration + pressing dehydration combination), and the softness and tensile strength of the finished paper are better than those of traditional round-net paper machines. The 2850mm width design further reduces the impact of edge effects on paper uniformity. In addition, the crescent former tissue paper machine integrates DCS and QCS systems to monitor parameters such as moisture, basis weight, and thickness in real time, which can reduce human errors.
